  • Shipping & Delivery: We ship to most locations. Most shipping is done USPS Priority Flat rate, Priority international flat rate or USPS International First Class. Orders under a certain weight limit in the USA may be offered the option of USPS First Class. First Class cost is based on weight and location and is not guaranteed or insured. Title transfers upon proof of shipping. Shipping costs subject to change according to the latest USPS rates. The most current rate will always display in your shopping cart. International shipping is at buyer’s risk but proof of shipment with USPS tracking is provided.Occasionally orders of multiple items will cause the cart to charge more than the above rates. Excess charges can be refunded. Please contact us for a shipping estimate or a custom Paypal invoice in these cases. Contact us if your country is not displayed during the checkout process.Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Orders in the US take 1-3 days transit time depending on location. International Priority orders average 10 business days but can take up to eight weeks.
  • International: Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
  • Please do not ask us to change information about your order on the customs form.International shipments are sent at buyers risk, but USPS tracking is provided. Card decks will be labeled as “printed cards” with the purchase price of the merchandise.
  • Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. The Tarot Cart is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
  • If your country does not allow the import of occult themed products and your order is not delivered, you will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if these products are allowed for import.
  • ITALY – We can only ship Priority to Italy, so please choose Priority shipping to Italy or you will be contacted for additional postage.
  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is charged only on orders shipping to the state of Massachusetts at the applicable rate.
  • Return Policy: No returns for refund are accepted. Due the nature of many of our products, some may be customized, or handmade in such a way to contain natural variations. If you received a defective product, please let us know within 10 days of receipt and send a photo and we can send replacements. Contact us if your order was damaged in transit within 10 days of receipt. For items damaged in transit or defective we may request a return for replacement, but often we can just send a replacement immediately.
